Serving Those Who Serve First

ABOUT US

The First Responders Support Network (FRSN) is a dedicated organization committed to the mental, emotional, and professional well-being of frontline heroes — including police officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and disaster response teams.

Our mission is to provide a supportive community, resources, and interventions tailored to the unique challenges faced by first responders. Through counseling, peer support, wellness retreats, training programs, and family outreach, we strive to enhance resilience and ensure no responder stands alone.

We believe that taking care of those who take care of us is not just a responsibility — it’s a necessity.

TRAINING We conducted a workshop training at the DRM Headquarters, where we equipped first responders with essential skills in emergency preparedness, psychological first aid, and stress management. The training focused on enhancing the capacity of frontline personnel to respond effectively to crises while prioritizing their own well-being. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration, build resilience, and reinforce our shared commitment to serving communities with excellence and care.
